The Merchandise Allocator is responsible for executing product allocation across 300+ MINISO USA stores to maximize sales, manage inventory levels, and meet consumer demand. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, recommend adjustments, and ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right time.

• Execute merchandise allocation by category for 300+ stores, based on store need and capacity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Distribution Center, Operations, Merchandising, and Marketing to support daily business needs.
• Monitor weekly sales and store performance; make recommendations or adjustments in response to business needs and consumer trends.
• Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams on store-level assortment planning; propose in-season and preseason assortment recommendations to maximize sales and optimize inventory.
• Create and distribute weekly reports analyzing product performance, business trends, and sales shifts; recommend strategic actions as needed.
• Manage weekly replenishment based on sales trends, seasonality, and business priorities.
• Oversee stock management to ensure high-performing products are replenished and available in stores.
• Communicate and manage liabilities, including aging or slow-moving inventory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience merchandise allocation experience
• Relevant experience with brick-and-mortar retail operations is a plus.
